Raising our vibration with the naturally high energy of our companions
I’m sure I don’t need to tell you how rough things are out there in the world right now, because as empaths, we feel everything. And right now, energies are strong, but not always in a good way.
We pick up on others’ pain, grief, and anger, among other things. This affects how we feel on every level: mentally, physically, and emotionally. And if we’re not careful, it can manifest into “dis-ease”.
So, keeping our own “vibration” in check is important for our health and wellbeing. And it’s one reason why we empaths are so attracted to animals.
Our furry, feathered, or even reptile friends help to bring us back down to earth. They ground us. And when we go even deeper, they “pick us up” with their own high vibe beingness.
Below is a scale that shows the frequency of emotions. As you can see, Love is at 500. Then there’s Joy, Peace and Enlightenment, which are even higher.
You’ll rarely find animals in the lower range of Shame, Guilt, Apathy or Grief. In their physical life, they may dip down into the lower frequencies, but it’s usually brief.
Humans on the other hand can get stuck there for days, weeks, months or even years. It’s one reason why people such as war veterans with PTSD benefit from service dogs or other emotional support animals.
The animals help to bring up their “frequency” and give them the much-needed therapy of an animal who is happy to bring love into their life. But we animal empaths already know this.
We know because we feel them. And when we go even deeper into animal communication, we receive even more positive energy and higher vibes.
I learned this when I started to focus on animal communication. I needed to learn how to shut out the external noise, follow a process that took me deeper into connecting with animals, and trust my own intuition.
And our animals who have crossed over (who I refer to as “animal angels”) are ultra-high-vibe. They no longer have the physical pain they may have endured in life, and are free of any surrounding negativity and trauma that they may have had.
Connecting with them and feeling that deep love and affection is intoxicating. (I just love feeling the energy of an animal angel and helping others heal from any guilt, remorse or regret, and finding peace of mind.)
So if you’re feeling down, struggling with grief, or maybe the world seems like too much right now, lean on the high vibration of your animal friend.
- Walk with them out in nature.
- Play with them like only an animal can play.
- Hold them and feel the love that radiates from their soul.
- And if they’re not physically here, connect to their heart – by looking at a photo of them and seeing into their eyes.
Know that they’re here for you to help you feel more grounded, more at peace, and that they want you to love yourself as much as you love them. (This is one of the most important messages that I receive from animals.)
Allow them to help you raise your energy to a more positive frequency. It may be only one step up the vibrational scale, which will help you get some relief. And sometimes that’s a huge help.
We can’t expect to go from shame to enlightenment in an instant. But we can learn to shift our focus, be grateful for all that we have, and learn how to raise ourselves and our life to a higher level with the help of our animal friends.
