Unseen allies are assisting you in co-creating your aligned life — when you quiet the noise and follow your heart.
Yesterday, as I went live in my group, the animal messages that came through were about taking the leap into co-creating. Because the truth is, you’re not alone on this rocky path called “life.” Let’s talk about that.
As empaths, it’s easy to forget that we have unseen guidance we can tap into. We sometimes feel alone (even when we’re surrounded by our animal companions), and yet there’s an army of allies there to assist us.
These allies are in the form of our animal angels, as well as other angels, spirit guides, God (or however you view the Divine), and others based on whatever religion you may or may not follow.
We have enormous power to connect with them because of our sensitive and highly intuitive nature. Yet sometimes we lose that connection because of the noise that surrounds us in our daily lives.
Sometimes we put up a wall to shield ourselves from external pain and to protect our sensitive nervous systems. It’s our way of surviving in a noisy world.
But there’s a delicate balance between having healthy boundaries to protect our sensitivity and still allowing insight to come through. Sometimes we have to re-learn that intuitive and imaginative ability we had when we were children.
We were born with the ability to connect automatically, but sometimes the world shut it down. Or we got too much into our heads and disconnected from our hearts. Because our hearts have that built-in connection to the unseen world that reminds us of who we are and what we’re here to do.
So the key is to quiet the mind and keep our boundaries soft enough that they don’t block the guidance trying to come through. How do we do that? Let’s get into it.
When you wake up in the morning, you’re in a relaxed, trance-like state, which is a great time to stay connected to your heart.
Before grabbing your phone and disturbing that delicate state, grab a journal instead. (You can keep it by your bed or next to a relaxing space you can go to.) Start writing down the thoughts and feelings that are coming up for you.
If you’re not sure where to start, begin with a question in any area of your life where you’re feeling lost. Then let the messages flow through your writing. Stay relaxed and at peace while you do this.
To receive a message from an animal who is in spirit, look at a photo of them, tune into what they want you to know, and write it down. Ask whatever question comes to mind and feel into what they want to share with you.
Then, throughout your day, when you need guidance from any unseen support that’s there to help you in a positive way, take a deep breath and tune in. Type it into the notes on your phone or into a journal so you can remember it.
Keep in mind, it’s important to de-stress before tuning in. This allows you the most clarity in the messages that are coming through.
Often, the thoughts that come to us in a divine way are fleeting. When we don’t write them down, we can forget that all-too-important message we received. (As I sit here writing, I’m bringing this message through intuitively and may not recall later what I’m writing now. The same happens with my video messages.)
So it’s important to capture the messages — like catching a butterfly floating along. The messages are beautiful and delicate, and so important in helping us along our path.
Enjoy relaxing, tuning in, and trusting the insight. Lean into the support you can’t see, and feel confident that you’re not alone, but rather surrounded by unconditional love.
P.S. This article expands on the co-creation message that came through in the live video. If you’d like to experience that transmission, you can watch it here.
