Listening for your own rhythm beneath the noise of the world.
Our heart tells us allot. It leads us down the path that’s in alignment with who we really are. The problem is, we get lost in the fog of society, and lose the connection of where our heart is trying to take us. (This is especially an empath problem because of our wonderful sensitivity.)
And our sensitivity is a great healing tool for all living things (animals and humans alike), but it’s important to stay grounded in who we are. When we do, we stay on purpose in all areas of our life.
These areas include: Where we live, what we do and who we’re with. After all, purpose isn’t just about our career; it’s about living in balance in our own authentic way.
But when we drift away from it; we end up feeling stuck, spinning our wheels or in the same old rut – not truly living the life we’re meant to. But the answers are still there; they’re just not in our head, where we have a tendency to go when we try to “figure things out”.
Instead, the answers are deep in the “pulse” of our powerful heart as a natural healer. So if you’re not feeling like yourself or wondering where you belong, it’s time to breathe and reconnect with you, by connecting with the energy that surrounds you.
To simplify things, it’s best to focus on one area of your life at a time. Whether it’s questions around career, relationships, family, your place of living, etc., it’s good to pick the one that you’re struggling with the most and focus on that one first.
Then close your eyes, take a breathe and feel into:
- The earth under your feet (mother earth, gaia, or whatever helps you to feel most connected).
- The unseen world that surrounds you (angels, guides, spirit animals, ancestors, God, or other support that you relate to).
- And of course living animals (horses are great for this because of their large hearts and presence), but it can also be other animals or the wild animal wisdom that’s in your environment.
Then ask yourself: What do they want me to know? What have they been trying to tell me?
And of course it’s all about the feeling and energy. It’s time to let go of analysis paralysis, and “tune in” to the messages that are there for you.
This is all part of the powerful intuition you have that you can make use of. And while you’re tapping into it, engage your senses: Sights, sounds, smells, touch or taste that are in your imagination.
Really embody the vision of what you need to see and feel on all levels of your being. You never know what clarity might come up for you.
You might see where you need to go, and in a way that you couldn’t see it before. You might also understand what’s been standing in your way, and what you need to do to overcome the resistance you’ve been having.
Finding answers to age-old questions requires going deep within, so that we can connect to the unseen resources that are there for us. Because it doesn’t exist in the outside world.
And yet, we’re so trained into believing that we need to search for the answers in our physical world: Maybe if we look at social media, we’ll find it. Maybe if we ask family or friends, we’ll discover the answers.
But like the character in the movie Runaway Bride, the answers were all within herself. She just needed to reconnect with herself again, and discover the inner wisdom that was there all along.
And it’s there for you too. Trust the process, and believe in the messages that you can’t see. You’ll find your way along the path that was meant for you.
And if you’re still feeling a little stuck or unsure of your next step, you’re warmly invited to schedule a complimentary Clarity & Purpose call. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s holding you back, listen to the whispers of your intuition, and uncover the next steps that feel aligned with your heart and purpose.
This is a quiet, nurturing space to reconnect with yourself, your passions, and the path that feels right for you — with a little guidance from wild animal wisdom, too.
